Liminal is a deployment layer designed to standardize how tokens expand from Solana to Base. It treats cross-chain expansion as a deterministic deployment problem rather than a collection of loosely connected tools.

Most cross-chain systems focus on moving tokens. Liminal focuses on defining how tokens exist across chains. By standardizing deployment first, bridging becomes a simple routing operation instead of a bespoke setup.
